Refund Eligibility
We strive to deliver high-quality results. However, because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and resources, refunds are limited to specific conditions:
- No Refund After Project Start:
Once a project has begun, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. - Partial Refund Before Project Start:
If you cancel your order before the project officially begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Any administrative or setup costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@techierush.com and approved by our team.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Customized digital marketing or ad campaigns once initiated
- SEO or PPC management services where work has begun
- Third-party tools, software, or platform costs purchased on behalf of the client
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service before the project start date by contacting our support team.
Once work has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, in special cases, TechieRush may offer a service credit or rescheduling at its discretion.
Dispute Resolution
If there’s a dispute regarding a refund, we encourage open and respectful communication to reach an amicable solution.
If unresolved, disputes may be handled through neutral arbitration under internationally recognized rules.
